Every single day will be a step towards a better life. Each day you will receive one email from me with an idea, a method, wisdom, on what you can do to lower your level of stress and anxiety. Every day, I will support you as a Reiki master with energy therapy. You may be thinking, “Cool, but I don’t quite believe it.” And that’s okay. If you have a hint of skepticism, I would like to reassure you that there is a growing number of new, professional medical studies on the positive effects of Reiki as an alternative healing method. For example, here:
"The review involved 661 participants aged 14 years and above, showing a significant enhancement in quality of life post-Reiki therapy. The subgroup analysis showed that Reiki therapy interventions with a frequency of ≥ 8 sessions and a duration of ≥ 60 min were most effective in improving quality of life. That all sounds great, but how much does it cost?

I don’t have a price list. I do it primarily to help you. If your financial situation is poor, you don’t have to pay me anything. After 28 days, you can decide for yourself how much it was worth to you and how much you would like to support this project. If you find that it’s all a bunch of nonsense and it hasn’t changed anything, that’s fine, you don’t owe me anything. All funds will be used for marketing so that more people will learn about how they can lower their stress, anxiety and depression levels and start living a more peaceful and positive life.

Who will you meet during these 28 days?

Why 28 days?

Anxiety, chronic stress, depression or burnout is not some tumor that can be cut out in 30 minutes. Throughout your life you have accumulated a huge amount of experience. A single session may bring temporary relief, but to permanently remove the accumulated disorders and actually bring lasting change, it takes time and regular interaction. It’s also your job to take care of yourself for 28 days, and to take responsibility for your life seriously. Remember, each day you will get one idea from me on how to improve your life. In 28 days you can do really fantastic things – take it seriously

Do we need to meet for video chat?

No. I will do my work several times a day, with varying intensity, we don’t have to make an appointment in any way. I just want to know what time zone you are in to adjust to your activities such as work.

Do you need anything from me?

You don’t need to tell me the story of your whole life, but a few sentences about you and what’s important to you might be useful.

Will I feel something?

I hope that first of all you will feel more calm. However, it is possible that there will be emotions, traumas or memories coming out of you that you have held inside for years. It’s worth being more attentive – what am I dreaming? Are some strange memories suddenly coming back to me? Am I reminded of people I haven’t thought about or seen in a long time? Do I suddenly have an urge to do something unusual? All of these may be relevant – maybe it’s time to forgive someone, accept something, apologize to someone or do something? Perhaps you need it for healing.

Is it fully safe?

Yes, it is fully safe, although, as with a recovery crisis, psychotherapy or cleaning up dirt, it is not always easy or pleasant. But it is worth it.

Does it have anything to do with any religion?

During these 28 days, we neither deny nor encourage any religion. Reiki healing itself is not contrary to any religion, and you can read about it in one of our articles

Seriously such a thing as energy healing can work?

With each year, new scientific evidence continues to emerge. Studies have shown that Reiki can have a range of physiological and psychological benefits, including reducing stress, anxiety and pain. Like with meditation, it’s hard to measure with any machine, but there are many studies confirming that it works. And there are over a million Reiki practitioners around the world who believe that it really helps people.

Can I have any specific expectations?

The goal is to feel calm, get rid of fears and replenish life energy. Don’t expect to activate kundalini in a month, experience enlightenment, Nirvana, start being clairvoyant and talk to Archangel Michael. It is possible, but don’t expect it. Rather, it’s a longer road and working on yourself on many levels. I can’t go all the way for you. I only help you get up and move forward. Remember that we are not just energy – there is also the body and the mind.

Are you trying to sell me something or advertise some products?

No. I don’t work with any companies, therapists, or brands, and I don’t advertise any medical products.
