Every day, I will support you as a Reiki master with energy therapy. You may be thinking, “Cool, but I don’t quite believe it.” And that’s okay. If you have a hint of skepticism, I would like to reassure you that there is a growing number of new, professional medical studies on the positive effects of Reiki as an alternative healing method. For example, here:
"The review involved 661 participants aged 14 years and above, showing a significant enhancement in quality of life post-Reiki therapy. The subgroup analysis showed that Reiki therapy interventions with a frequency of ≥ 8 sessions and a duration of ≥ 60 min were most effective in improving quality of life. That all sounds great, but how much does it cost?

I don’t have a price list. I do it primarily to help you. If your financial situation is poor, you don’t have to pay me anything. After 28 days, you can decide for yourself how much it was worth to you and how much you would like to support this project. If you find that it’s all a bunch of nonsense and it hasn’t changed anything, that’s fine, you don’t owe me anything. All funds will be used for marketing so that more people will learn about how they can lower their stress, anxiety and depression levels and start living a more peaceful and positive life.

Why 28 days?

Anxiety, chronic stress, depression or burnout is not some tumor that can be cut out in 30 minutes. Throughout your life you have accumulated a huge amount of experience. A single session may bring temporary relief, but to permanently remove the accumulated disorders and actually bring lasting change, it takes time and regular interaction. It’s also your job to take care of yourself for 28 days, and to take responsibility for your life seriously. Remember, each day you will get one idea from me on how to improve your life. In 28 days you can do really fantastic things – take it seriously

Do we need to meet for video chat?

No. I will do my work several times a day, with varying intensity, we don’t have to make an appointment in any way. I just want to know what time zone you are in to adjust to your activities such as work.

Do you need anything from me?

You don’t need to tell me the story of your whole life, but a few sentences about you and what’s important to you might be useful.

Will I feel something?

I hope that first of all you will feel more calm. However, it is possible that there will be emotions, traumas or memories coming out of you that you have held inside for years. It’s worth being more attentive – what am I dreaming? Are some strange memories suddenly coming back to me? Am I reminded of people I haven’t thought about or seen in a long time? Do I suddenly have an urge to do something unusual? All of these may be relevant – maybe it’s time to forgive someone, accept something, apologize to someone or do something? Perhaps you need it for healing.

Is it fully safe?

Yes, it is fully safe, although, as with a recovery crisis, psychotherapy or cleaning up dirt, it is not always easy or pleasant. But it is worth it.

Does it have anything to do with any religion?

During these 28 days, we neither deny nor encourage any religion. Reiki healing itself is not contrary to any religion, and you can read about it in one of our articles

Seriously such a thing as energy healing can work?

With each year, new scientific evidence continues to emerge. Studies have shown that Reiki can have a range of physiological and psychological benefits, including reducing stress, anxiety and pain. Like with meditation, it’s hard to measure with any machine, but there are many studies confirming that it works. And there are over a million Reiki practitioners around the world who believe that it really helps people.

Can I have any specific expectations?

The goal is to feel calm, get rid of fears and replenish life energy. Don’t expect to activate kundalini in a month, experience enlightenment, Nirvana, start being clairvoyant and talk to Archangel Michael. It is possible, but don’t expect it. Rather, it’s a longer road and working on yourself on many levels. I can’t go all the way for you. I only help you get up and move forward. Remember that we are not just energy – there is also the body and the mind.

What is energy healing?

Energy healing is a holistic and spiritual practice based on the understanding that human beings are not only physical bodies but also energetic and conscious beings. Our thoughts, emotions, experiences, and inner states influence the subtle energy field that surrounds and flows through us. When this energy moves freely, we often experience clarity, emotional balance, vitality, and a sense of connection with ourselves and life. When the flow becomes disrupted through stress, emotional wounds, or prolonged tension, we may feel drained, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

Energy healing gently supports the restoration of this natural energetic harmony. During a remote session, healing energy is offered through focused intention and conscious connection, helping release energetic stagnation and inviting balance back into the system. What is Reiki healing and where did it originate?

Reiki is a spiritual system of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early twentieth century through the teachings of Mikao Usui. The word Reiki combines two Japanese concepts: Rei, meaning universal or spiritual wisdom, and Ki, meaning life force energy. Together, Reiki refers to universal life energy - a subtle, intelligent energy that flows through all living things. You can call it the energy of the Universe, the energy of the Earth, the energy of the Creator – it has many names, but in reality it cannot be comprehended by thought or words

In Reiki practice, the practitioner serves as a clear channel for this universal energy rather than using personal energy or effort. The energy is allowed to flow naturally to the recipient, guided by a deeper intelligence. Over time, Reiki has spread throughout the world and is now practised in many cultures by over a million practitioners.

What is energy healing, and how is it different from Reiki?

Energy healing is a broad umbrella term that includes many traditions and methods working with the human energy field. Different cultures have developed their own approaches to understanding and supporting energetic balance. Reiki is one specific modality within this wider field.

What distinguishes Reiki is its simplicity and spiritual philosophy. In Reiki, the practitioner does not attempt to manipulate or direct outcomes. Instead, universal energy is invited to flow naturally where it is most needed. This approach emphasizes surrender, trust, and alignment with a higher intelligence rather than personal control.

Other methods I use include releasing emotions, traumas, curses, hypnosis, black magic, negative thought patterns or energy blockages, as well as healing chakras, meridians, auras, connections with the Earth, Source and Soul, working with angels and Sacred Geometry. There are over 70 points on my list that I take into account.

What does “life force energy” mean in energy healing?

Life force energy refers to the subtle vitality that animates all living beings. Across cultures and spiritual traditions, this energy has been described using different names, including Ki in Japan, Chi in China, Prana in India, and the Holy Spirit in Christianity. Although invisible, many traditions believe it plays an essential role in physical vitality, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual awareness. 

Can anyone receive energy healing, regardless of age or belief?

Energy healing is considered accessible to people of all ages, backgrounds, and belief systems. Because the practice works with universal energy rather than personal belief, faith or prior spiritual experience is not required. Many people approach their first session simply with curiosity or openness.

The most important element is willingness to rest and receive. Even individuals who feel skeptical often report experiencing relaxation or subtle shifts afterward. Energy healing meets each person exactly where they are, respecting individual readiness and personal spiritual perspectives.

From the body's point of view, it is important to inform the healer about pregnancy or serious illnesses so that energy therapy can be performed in smaller doses and in a more appropriate manner.

What conditions or concerns can energy healing support?

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or illnesses, energy healing works holistically and supports the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. However, we do not treat it as a genie in a lamp who can grant all our wishes or a single magic pill that will do all the work for us.

Do I need to believe in Reiki or energy healing for it to work?

Belief is not necessary for energy healing to take place. Reiki practitioners understand the energy as universal and independent of expectation or opinion. Just as relaxation can occur naturally when we allow ourselves to rest, energetic balance may begin to shift simply through receiving the session.

However, approaching the experience with openness and curiosity can make it easier to notice subtle sensations or emotional changes. There is no need to try to feel anything specific — each person’s experience unfolds in its own unique way.

What is distance Reiki healing and how is it possible that it works?

Distance Reiki is based on the spiritual understanding that energy and consciousness are not limited by physical space. Just as intention, prayer, or emotional connection can be felt across distance, Reiki energy can also be shared beyond physical proximity.

During a distance session, the practitioner intentionally connects with your energy field and offers Reiki at an agreed time. You may rest comfortably in your own space while the session takes place. Many people find distance healing especially powerful because they are able to relax fully in familiar surroundings. Within Reiki philosophy, energy follows intention and connection rather than location, allowing healing support to be received anywhere in the world.

Can Reiki be combined with medical or therapeutic treatments?

Yes. Reiki is commonly practiced alongside medical care, therapy, and other wellness approaches. Because it works on an energetic and spiritual level, it does not interfere with conventional treatments. What are chakras and meridians and how do they relate to energy healing?
